I’ve been coming here to have MD brows for 3 years now and should have stopped coming a long time ago. I used to use the stylist Preeti until she left about a year ago. Since then I have never had the same consistency, some stylists don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and the service has evolved into nothing other than a simple eyebrow tint and wax. No threading. No plucking. No make up. At my most recent appointment, I’m almost certain the eyebrow stylist didn’t turn up and the lady who did do my eyebrows was very inexperienced. I did not receive the MD brows service whatsoever. The tint was not applied neatly, she struggled to apply the wax and in the end I was not happy with the overall shape. My appointment was at 2.30pm and I did not leave until nearly 4pm! I did not complain as I was so frustrated I simply wanted to get out of there. I would not have trusted her to improve my eyebrows anyway and I will not be returning.
