The quality of treatment was terrible, the lashes all fell off the next morning. The environment was not relaxing with a make shift chair that couldn't recline properly. I am really not happy with this service, if I weren't traveling for Christmas I would have gone back to complain.

I have been to Nail and Beauty Lounge a couple of times now and I'm always happy with the result! On my first visit, it was quite busy.so had to wait a while but the manager was very accommodating and even offer a free threading treatment! Efficient and very good quality shellac that lasts for weeks!
