I turned up and was seen on time by a very nice therapist who did an amazing gel manicure. However the treatment time was a good 45 mins longer than I would usually expect for the same service elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this place for nails and would visit again as long as I wasn’t in a rush. I was also booked in for a eyebrow tint and shape, plus eyelash tint. I’m happy with the results for the eyebrow tint and shape, but again would only book here again if I had plenty of time to kill, plus I would have expected a nicer therapy space given the price - the treatment was given in a cluttered area by the front of the store, in a broken chair which made the experience quite uncomfortable! I was unable to have the eyelash tint (that I had pre booked and pre paid for!) because “there was no one available” so I am seeking a refund for this part of the service. All in all I’m happy with the results (nails and brows) but the service / atmosphere was not up to scratch for the price point.
