Had a Hollywood wax with Lucia, who is excellent. Really quick and efficient, as well as friendly and professional. The salon is nice but the service isn't very good. I've had appointments rescheduled to a later date several times (even on the day itself), once half an hour beforehand - frustratingly inconvenient if you have booked a treatment for a particular event or date. I keep returning because Lucia is so good, but wouldn't recommend the salon if you need to be sure of your appointment date or time.

Good treatment, but the therapist was way behind schedule and I waited 30 minutes after my booked time to start (after arriving 10 mins early). Cold treatment room. Nice place but don’t go if you’re in a hurry!
