First time using this salon for a hot wax - great service from all the staff. I was put at ease, offered a drink while I waited (I was 10 mins early for the apt), and had a painless and quick wax! Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Overall I enjoyed my visit to this salon. The staff are nice and the quality of the job was good. However, I wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness, the bathroom had water all over the floor (which I could have slipped on) and to get to the bathroom I walked past a messy and dirty back area, this is something that could be improved.
