Lucia was very thorough & very friendly. Extremely pleased with her customer service. My appointment was changed to half an hour earlier than what I booked. In this is instance it wasn’t an issue, but in the future a phone call Prior would be better in case that time change doesn’t work. All the ladies in the salon were friendly & made me feel very welcome & I didn’t have to wait long at all for my treatment. Would visit again for Lucia’s services
