Loyal customer who has unfortunately had 2 bad experiences in a row with a new girl Natasha. The first time she manicured me she cut me so badly that it didn't heal for weeks. This was my second visit and it took over 2 hours for a simple shellac manicure & removal. She filed my nails so much that they broke and chipped within days of the manicure (one broke within an hour!), forcing me to go to another salon to get them all fixed. Marcy is amazing (and always will be) but I won't be returning for a while I'm afraid.
