Loyal customer who has unfortunately had 2 bad experiences in a row with a new girl Natasha. The first time she manicured me she cut me so badly that it didn't heal for weeks. This was my second visit and it took over 2 hours for a simple shellac manicure & removal. She filed my nails so much that they broke and chipped within days of the manicure (one broke within an hour!), forcing me to go to another salon to get them all fixed. Marcy is amazing (and always will be) but I won't be returning for a while I'm afraid.

I booked to have a Hollywood wax with Lucia but arrived to be told she was on holiday and I was with Ines. Usually I like to book with the same person so wasn't too happy the beautician had been changed. Ines was friendly and chatty, but I must admit the wax wasn't as good as with Lucia, both in terms of the pain and the result. Ines covered EVERYTHING with wax (even my lady parts!!) and ripped it all off in one go - not something I've ever had before for a hollywood wax! I guess it was efficient, though pretty painful. There were still some hairs left when she finished but I was done with the pain so didn't mention it!! Lucia is the only reason I return to this salon, as the service is awful, the cleanliness not great and you are always kept waiting for your appointment (if they haven't moved your appointment time already!). Overall not worth the money.

Awful. I was left with skin missing and scarring in the days following as the beautician hadnno idea what she was doing. She went over the same spot three times, pulling the wax in the same direction as hair growth so didn’t pull anything out! I think the lady that took over was the owner and she did a better job, but my skin was already damaged by then. This is the second time over tried facial waxing/eyebrows here and have been throughly disappointed. It seems it’s only good for nails.
