I had a shellac manicure here last weekend. I got there and the host (who I found out was the owner too) had no idea I had an appointment. And instead of admitting she had made a mistake and thus my appointment wasn't there, she started lying to me saying 'you know with Wahanda we can't plan for people coming from the street etc, and thus you have to wait for this other lady that is waiting to go first'. And I had an appointment.
Then she started saying my appointment wasn't confirmed - which it was and I proved her it was with the email and the text. Still didn't admit she had made a mistake. Then all her staff were super stressed, working to the clock and tired (didn't get chance to a break the whole day I found out later!) - I was seen by three different people as they all disappeared one by one and in the end the painting was done by a man who was rude and went out for a smoke in the middle of painting my nails. The whole thing was nothing like a beauty experience should feel like.
And all in all, I ended up spending 1 h and 45 minutes there for a shellac paint (not manicure even). Judge for yourself if this place is worth going to.
First pedi ever, but really enjoyed it. Friendly and helpful staff, the pedi was relaxing and enjoyable. Nails looked amazing on holiday and I'm a total convert now, will be getting pedis from now on, and deffo from Nail and Beauty Lounge Clapham North
I had a spa pedicure and it was excellent! Lovely massage chair and spa foot bath and the therapist went to town on my feet getting rid of all my dead skin with a blade and then a really tough exfoliater. He was brilliant and really paid attention to get it all off. He sorted out my cuticles beautifully too and finished off with a 7-day non chip natural shellac. Very happy!
