The woman who owns is lovely, I just think I was severely overcharged for a service they were displaying as £25 and now £20, I got charged £50, and so not worth the money as they fell out 3 days later went back for free infills and then fell out 3 days later after that.
Really love this place and the staff are incredibly friendly. Highly recommended. If I had to make one gripe, it is slightly odd drinking coffee out of a plastic goblet but I'm picking hairs!
The salon its self is not desirable but the wax was good and the staff professional. Wouldn't advise if you're going for a relaxation day as this is more of a in and out cheap salon.
Overall, the staff were welcoming and friendly and the place was clean, however the girl who was waxing didn't take all of the hair off. I'm not sure this was because she wasn't doing it properly or because she wasn't sure what I had asked for in a Hollywood.
Very good price and the therapist tinted my eyelashes very well, no marks on my skin and tinted right to the roots. Staff were very friendly.
