The receptionist and staff were lovely. However had eyebrows done and my skin is now bruised as she pinched me with the thread. Leg wax was perfect, very fast and painless

This was my first Hollywood at this Salon and they were great. Friendly and willing to help.
This was also the first time I had tried hot wax! Jenny made me feel extremely comfortable and definitely knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend the Salon, Jenny and the hot wax to anyone thinking of giving it a go! :)

Really happy with my result, pretty did an excellent job and I will fully recommend. My overall score was only ok as I waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen which wasn't really convenient and the staff showed no great concern that over 6 people's appointments ran late. However I can not fault my treatment I am really happy.

I opted for threading instead of waxing, but I had the choice of either. The therapist consulted me about the shape and thickness and did a great job. Quick and pain free.

Pretty the therapist was really good and thorough. The salon was extremely busy though and the facial is performed in the main area on a reclining chair so not as relaxing as I had hoped.
