Lovely and helpful staff and professional. I will definitely be coming back. The only thing I would say however is that I am blonde but the shade is very dark (I prefer a blonde or dark blonde tint) if they are able to stock this lighter shade or leave the colour on for a bit longer I'd be happier with the shade but the results were the best I've had - lovely shape and I've had lots of compliments - I've sent others here already.

Having read some of the previous reviews about this place, I was a little skeptical about booking. However my hollywood wax was one of the most thorough I have ever had! Would definitely book again, don't be put off by the look of the place when you walk in!
