I went for a Hollywood wax and HD eyebrows yesterday. Thee service was impeccable. Pritti did an amazing job with my eyebrows and Alexandria has given me the best wax I've ever had since being in London. Both were very friendly and welcoming and very professional.

Friendly staff and decent price. They were really busy though so the staff were doing multiple jobs at once. It meant the manicures were really rushed and had to wait ages afterwards for wax. Happy with both treatments overall though.

Lovely salon, staff we're very professional and welcoming. Will be returning regularly, I had a lovely girl named preeti do my eyebrows- she had about 10 other jobs to do from waxing to nails, but she managed her time well and handled it like a experienced therapist (whether she is or not I'm not sure). Another lady Marci, who seemed like the reception manager was also lovely and ensured everybody was taken care of whilst they were waiting.

Treatment was very good. I arrived early and staff managed to squeeze me in ahead of my appointment time. Little communication from staff which was a bit disconcerting in ways - obviously can't open eyes when getting eyelashes tinted! Otherwise pretty good.
