I loved the lady who welcomed us, she was so warm and calm and friendly and straight away made me feel looked after. She offered me fruit juice or tea or water and kept me updated about when I could expect to go through for my treatment.
The massage itself was wonderful and made me feel so relaxed, I cam out feeling rejuvenated and recommended the place to four of my friends already. Great value and excellent service by lovely people.

Was given a polite and prompt greeting on arrival and only had to wait a matter of seconds before being shown to the chair - unlike many other nail salons around where you often wait despite making bookings! Great massage chair and only down side was having to move from it for the nail painting, but the therapist was very friendly and didn't feel rushed - will be back soon!

Paola did an excellent job and had a real attention to detail. The manager was also really accommodating, letting me redeem an evoucher which was going out of date and book an appointment for later on so that I wouldn't lose my money. I'll definitely be going again.

This is a lovely salon with a great selection of treatments. I didn't have to wait for my appointment and was seen straight away. My nail technician was very friendly and did a great job with the paint however when maintaining my cuticles she cut them a little too much and they bled quite a lot (and she didn't even acknowledge it and said my cuticles were just dry) - I now have very scabby nail beds which takes the shine away from the great paint job which is a real shame.
