I had a really good experience at the salon. Staff were really friendly, prompt and courteous. The beautician did a thorough job on the wax and I was happy with the end result. My only criticism is that I thought it was a bit hot in temperature in the room. I actually booked the wrong date on the app so I rang the salon and they were more than happy to change it for me, which was great.
