I'd accidentally booked for a wax and tint and normally have my eyebrows threaded. I am normally in and out in 10 mins but I turned up 5 mins late and had to wait a while. It was a different beautician to the normal one and she was slow. They were happy to do threading but wish I'd opted for wax this time as she 'tidied up' with tweezers so feel my hairs have grown back quicker. Overall it was very neat finish and the colour was great so I would go back. If only didn't take so long!

Within a few minutes of sitting down, the beauty technician had cut two of my fingers with cuticle tools so they were bleeding. Nothing to suggest this equipment is sterilised between each client either, which was a concern. Although the technician was very nice, the manicure was very basic - just a file and cuticle removal with the gel varnish for 2 weeks for £25. One nail has already started lifting off. Nail shape is not very even and the polish itself isn't a very neat job. Confusion at the end about the voucher, meaning I had to call Treatwell twice. Not sure I'd return after all that.
