I found that the lady didn't really understand me but thought she did. I had a slight reaction to the wax it seemed and she proceeded to put makeup on my eyebrows after - on the irritated area. This for me was a big no-no - I got home, and not only did my eyebrows look far bigger and bolder than I wanted but my skin was tender and sore. I immediately wiped my eyebrows and took off the make up and they were much better. They have since calmed down and I like the look of them - but my experience with this salon wasn't great and I wouldn't go back.

Unfortunately my eyelids got a little stuck together and the technician had to use a little glue remover to separate it, but they gave me free eyebrow threading to make up for any discomfort which was really kind, and said if any of the eyelashes fall out due to the glue remover just to pop back in and have them replaced. They couldnt do enough really.

The staff were really friendly but I felt my manicure was a bit rushed and didn't look quite as good as I had hoped. I would still go back as the venue and staff are lovely.

The beautician who did my pedicure was really friendly and spent time making sure my nails looked perfect! It was really nice to have someone not rush the job!
