It was busy when I went in but I got taken for my appointment on time which was great. I do find that they switch girls half way through your treatment which on the whole is fine but can be a little difficult if they don't give a full account of what they have done. Nonetheless I love my nails as always and am always astounded by the colour choice! It makes picking very difficult!
