Usually I am very satisfied with the service and quality of the Nail and Beauty Lounge! However this time I was not so pleased with the results. The Hollywood Wax procedure was done in 10 minutes (which I dont mind when everything is done at a high quality), and the end result was not what I've experienced previously (left with too many hair down there!)
