Have to give 5 stars for this specific treatment, got them done just before New Years and the girl who did them was excellent, best one in the salon, took 45 mins and made sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately when I got them redone a different girl did them and only took 20 mins- the next day they started chipping. I don't think she put a top coat on. Have been to this salon a lot and never had an issue so probably a one off but I would make sure to watch carefully to ensure they complete all the stages

The Hollywood wax was very good - recommend. However, I was offered a complimentary eyebrow thread as they were running 30 mins late, but I would not recommend the eyebrow treatment. Very thinly threaded, removed a lot of my eyebrows, despite asking for something natural. It was lovely to be offered a complimentary treatment while waiting, but this one wasn't good.
