Always so lovely in here and the staff are all really friendly. The eyebrows have been crisper but the girl is really amazing and focuses a lot of time on you which is great.

Usually when I come to get my nails done from here I always leave satisfied, but the last few times haven't left me feeling so.
I usually have one of the same two girls doing my nails and I've never had any problems with this. The nails are always impeccable and I'm even able to play sports with them! Unfortunately, the past few times I've had a different girl and they have been sub-par. The first nail fixture was bad quality and was pointed out by a few friends asking if a trainee had done it. I couldn't complain as it was just one nail and I was due back in a week for a new set anyway.
When I saw that they had booked me in with the same person for my full set, I called and asked to have someone else. They said this was fine but, unfortunately when I arrived, the same girl was sat waiting for me. I didn't want to make a fuss so I just went along with it.
Since then (Thursday 10th) I've had 2 nails peel off. Not break, not shatter, just peel off. The first happened within 48h and the second happened yesterday. I managed to get one of them fixed before I went away but now I'm stuck abroad with a half peeled off nail, all because I tried to take a card out of my purse!
From now on I hope I can stick to the people I actually book in with. Otherwise I just don't think it's worth £30.

I was very happy with the wax itself. Staff were very thorough and even managed to fit me in for a quick eyebrow wax after which I really appreciated.
I was only a smidge upset that I wound up paying for a nail to be fixed also, even though I'd only had them done a day or so before. I personally didn't think I should pay for that as there was clearly something wrong with the quality (it didn't break it just peeled off which is very strange for gel extensions.)
All in all a great wax, not sure about the nails though.
