I went for a shellac take off and a file & polish. The Shellac take off was as expected. However, the polish finish was not so good; there was no base coat applied and the third coat was not properly applied so the nail colour varied around the edges (the difference between the 2nd and 3rd coat). Its a nice environment and the staff seem nice just had to be honest with my feedback.
