Myself and Daughter visited on Sunday for a cut and blow-dry and I ended up having a back massage and facial also because the beauty therapist had some free time. The treatment was excellent and we were both very pleased with our hair. I have rebooked for a full body massage and a facial in 4 weeks' time and will also return for my hair treatments.

I was a little disappointed as it stated an 1 hour all body Swedish massage. I was back at my car 40 mins later given time in there to undress and dress. It was very rushed. And I didn't like that there wasn't anywhere to put your clothes. You were put against a wall so the therapist had to lean over you instead of being able to walk round. I felt it lack professionalism. Maybe just teething problems. The ladies phone didn't stop ringing throughout the treatment. She only answered it once.

Very little consultation so had to provide all the prompts to make sure I got the cut I wanted. Usually hairdressers will ask what your preferences are and provide options. Products didn’t leave my hair feeling great. Hairdresser rushed off and left her family member to accept payment. There was no music or atmosphere in the salon and hairdresser made no attempt at making any conversation. She was not unpleasant but not very forthcoming either. I don’t think I will be going back any time soon.
