It was my first time with Nurse Natti and she has such a warm and calming presence coupled with clear expertise knowledge in what she does, I had under eye injections and it was a good experience. I also talked through my other concerns and she made a suggestion in treatment and told me to go and research before proceeding. Really easy to talk to and can see why everyone has given Natti a 5* rating!
