She is complete charlatan, I complained to Treatwell and a week later i got a response saying Nuray is avoiding Treatwell's calls - i suspect because she knows she will get caught out. Absolutely awful job and a horrible money hungry women. Do not go!

First of all, she is a lovely woman that tried to make me feel welcome.
The balayage hurt like hell, my hoody ended up ruined with bleach and despite my hair being blonde now, It looks like overgrown roots rather than a balayage. I had to buy a £100 olaplex set to try and save it. It was left in an awful condition

Nuray was lovely! She listened to what I wanted she was a bit busy and rushed but she made sure each client was taken cared of. Really happy with my Balayage would recommend Nuray!

Nuray was really attentive and spent a fair amount of time on my tint regrowth. She paid special attention to my needs and made sure to add in extra mask products so my hair would be less damaged from the dye. She also styled it beautifully and added hair serum to make it shine. Would definitely come back again as I had such a great experience the first time around!

This was my first cut and colour with Nuray. She gave me a professional cut and she did a beautiful job of the the highlights. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered! I left a happy customer. Nuray is very warm and friendly and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend her.
