I’d booked a head, face and shoulder massage, and whilst the salon may not be as polished as you may expect, my treatment was great and just what I needed and came out feeling relaxed and less tense. Sonia did my treatment and I’d highly recommend the treatment to others and would have no hesitation to go back.
In terms of the salon, there was quite a bit of loud talking outside the room in the salon reception, but for me the treatment and results were more important.

15 years of Brazilians.I have no idea what this was!over 45 minutes and saying twice through the service about the missed areas I felt uncomfortable said I wasn’t happy and got dressed.. she did not leave,the therapists tone and pitch changed and was extremely argumentative.. spoke to the manager on the phone and Refusal of refund or redoing and told to contact treatwell for refund as well as not to come back again.I was asked to take pictures to show the manager for proof.I’m completely shocked

Didn’t have acetone, and took much longer than expected. I had to ask for a buffer and when I asked if there was somewhere to wash my hands, I was shown to the hair washing stations, and then had to ask for soap. Won’t be going again for a gel removal. That being said, the staff were pleasant and it was very affordable. I think I’d rather spend a few pounds more for a better treatment.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. They didn’t even know I had an appointment when I turned up & so were completely unprepared & the person I had booked with wasn’t even there. The place didn’t even look open and there was so photographer taking photos which I had to be in. They were 15mins late getting started, hardly any nail colour choice, polish almost ran out mid way, the metal cuticle pushers etc were rusty and my nails were rushed. Not worth the £27 I prepaid.
