As a new customer I was very impressed at the time taken to discuss my needs. Was delighted with Maddie. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted and we discussed colour which was perfect. So as a new customer I felt reassured and knew that everything was going to be perfect. I will be back and have made my return appointment!

Booked Maddie but was advised they now had a “trained” barber who would do my son’s hair.
Would not recommend this lady. No blending of hair, which a fade is meant to have, and I had to tidy up bits she missed with my husbands hair clippers when I got home. They also didn’t accept payment by card.
Overall not usual standard. Shame we didn’t get usual staff, would not go back to this “trained barber.”
