Wasn't going to bother leaving a review, but been left with lasting heat scars on my thighs - so more than just a bad wax. When I was in, she was nice but not gentle or considerate of my legs at all. As well as these red marks, I was given bruises on my shins from how vigorously she was poking them with the wax strips (I don't think it was even doing anything). She said I could walk in again if I notice any missing spots, and there were many, but no way I'm stepping foot in there again.

Staff were very attentive, respectful and friendly. I had a gel pedicure and loved it. It would be great if there were some more pastel colours to choose from for the gels. Will definitely visit again.
