I entered with a 3 day headache, so decided to try a 30 minute head, neck and shoulders massage and I can honestly say every minute was pure heaven. My headache instantly went and my shoulders feel like they’re the softest I’ve felt in ages. As a fellow trained massage therapist and physio, I’d honesty urge you to try.

I chose this centre as it was local and easy to book. There was a lovely smell when I arrived and I was welcomed personally. The massage itself was thorough and relaxing and my stiffness was alleviated. I loved the hot stones! Thank you.
