Such a great space and feel, gentle explanation of procedure and options to add different alternatives to suit your needs throughout the massage. Heated bed makes it very relaxing and comfortable.
I left feeling relaxed in the mind, less tension in the body, and with a bit of reiki added to try and aid my sleep, I definitely managed to get to sleep sooner than usual with less running around my mind. Would highly recommend.
