Cannot recommend or rate Sibella higher. She has been my lash tech for nearly 10 years from training til now, and I have watched her and her business grow, could not be more proud, she deserve it more than anyone. I moved to Notts and still travel to Oval for her service. Not only is she incredibly skilled and best at what she does, she is also so kind and caring and that's part of the package for me.
