The first booking I made with this venue was cancelled 1 hour in advance; today’s booking wasn’t cancelled at all and I showed up for nothing. When I called their mobile number 10 mins after my appointment was to take place, no one answered.

I had a lovely time with Klitzia. She was very warm and friendly and she made me feel very relaxed. She did my nails and meticulously and they look beautiful and elegant. We had a great time and I will definitely return for more treatments.
