I’ve been coming here for years and have always had wonderful experiences, so this isn’t a reflection of the overall service. Unfortunately, my last massage felt quite rough. The hot towel was extremely hot and burned my neck on contact, leaving it throbbing with pain for a while. I also felt uncomfortable during one of the techniques on my hand, and I’ve since had sharp pain there that I’ll need to get checked. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, as I genuinely value this place.
