I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed! The therapist really knew what he was doing — he found all the tension in my back and shoulders without going too hard. It was a bit intense at times (in a good way!) but I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. My muscles felt less stiff and even my posture improved a bit. Definitely worth it if you’ve been stressed or have tightness from work or the gym. I’ll be coming back for another session soon!

Would prefer scented oils. The room felt stale. Fresher linens would be preferred as well. Also sound proofing - could hear the pub next door. Otherwise massage was great.
