Massage is good, ambience is ok, walls are very thin between the rooms and you can hear noise from the adjacent room. I had a problem with gift voucher payment and the way receptionist approached it wasn't very friendly. So, I had to call treatwell team to re-confirm.

I had an amazing 1h oil massage by a very polite and professional male masseur. It was perfect, very relaxing and thorough. The treatment is the best I have had so far. The premises could be improved though. For a start a few coat hangers in the treatment room and toilets would be ideal or perhaps they could take the customers’ coats. To be honest there were two hangers in the treatment room but they were hanged on a delicate statue instead of a hook. Also I think they could offer a cup of tea after the treatment or water or something as a wind down.
