Therapist was lovely but some parts of the massage were very soft and tentative, so when I requested firmer pressure, she used her elbow and it really hurt my back and shoulder bones! The room was just off the reception area, so everytime the therapist opened the door to leave, the customers could see inside the tiny room and essentially see someone in just a towel. On the other side of the half wall was another treatment taking place, and could hear every word spoken through the session. Very noisy and not private at all
