Have been several times now - efficient service, all the therapists are great (they each have slightly different styles but I don't have a complaint about any of them!) and provided you book a day or two before they always seem to have an appointment available.

Greeted by a friendly and informative member of staff. Massage was very good and I was asked all the right questions i.e. any problem areas, level of pressure required etc.
The only downside is that the walls are thin and you can hear people’s conversations which was easily drowned out by the relaxing music but another customer that arrived while I was in for my massage decided to have a very loud conversation on her mobile phone until a member of staff asked her to speak quietly due to people having their treatment at the time.
Didn’t see spa facility so can’t rate this accurately, I didn’t know there was a spa.
