Therapist was lovely but some parts of the massage were very soft and tentative, so when I requested firmer pressure, she used her elbow and it really hurt my back and shoulder bones! The room was just off the reception area, so everytime the therapist opened the door to leave, the customers could see inside the tiny room and essentially see someone in just a towel. On the other side of the half wall was another treatment taking place, and could hear every word spoken through the session. Very noisy and not private at all

A lady called Ranu did my treatment. At first it was a bit confusing as I was booked with someonelse and then I had to explain about the 10mins extra promised. Was a little palava bit turned out okay in the end.
I am thinking of buying a course, I recommend Treatwell to offer a course and if they did I would buy it.

Overall a very good experience. I loved the warm towels and sunflower oil. Although I asked for a medium to hard pressured massage, it was more on the lower medium end. The massage therapist could have also explained more where the tension points are.
