Absolutely awful - they put me in a freezing cold room with a door that doesnt shut - just a 3/4 length curtain with an open top! They said they were fully booked but I was the first there at 10am so they put me in the worst room. I had to walk out after the first 10 mins - no apologies proferred, staff were v unhelpful did not seem to care that this was not a good standard for privacy for a full body massage. Also, they wanted to use cold vegetable/ sunflower oil for the massage - no aroma, no warming equipment for oil which is a must in cold weather to avoid catching colds from such treatments

I had a one hour Thai oil full body massage. The place was clean, therapist very attentive, she asked if there was a specific area I needed her to focus on. Very therapeutic massage and great value for money.
