Waited 15 mins after my scheduled massage and enquired about delay to be told to take a seat then receptionist walked off didnt come back. My appointment even further delayed almost the time of the massage. Waited outside door for partner who was having his massage. No apologies, no explanation just a can't be bothered attitude. Very disappointed.
