The lady who did my massage was really nice and she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and how hard I wanted the massage which was great. It was my first time being there so it would have been nice for the receptionist to explain how it works it terms of dressing/lying on the bed but I asked and figured it out. The prices are good and the massage was enjoyable.
