I was welcomed by a very nice woman on reception and led straight to a room for my back and shoulder massage. It was excellent. I felt it was a very professional environment and would recommend a visit. I will be going back.

I have got this treatment many times, however I felt this particular therapist was not able to apply as much force to achieve the desired pressure. As a result I do not think the massage was great. However, on other occasions they have been very good.
