The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly smile by the lovely receptionist who was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I signed the consent form and was guided into a lovely warm and cosy room with soft lighting and music, candles and wonderful relaxing scents. I chose the one hour full body hot yoga massage and I thoroughly recomend it! I left there feeling so invigorated and relaxed I could easily have gone to sleep on that bed after an hour! £40 well spent 100%!!
