Good. The downstairs rooms are prettier but you can hear what is going on in reception/room next door. Lots of staff, so good as it means availability is seldom an issue, however, it can also be a downside, as depending on who you get, massage can vary from okay, to insanely good.

I booked an appointment on the day as I had really tight shoulders and neck and they were able to accommodate me. Also, I then arrived early for my appointment and they also were able to start early which was great for me! I'd thoroughly recommend.
