I always have a very positive experience. The staff always asks which area I want them to focus on and the pressure and are more than happy to adjust midway. Only reason for a 4 is that this time the room was a bit cold and I could also hear the street noises whenever the main door opened. This was a one off though and normally not an issue!

It was my mum's first time going to this massage parlor. She came out feeling a lot better than how she felt.
When mum was feeling a little uncomfortable the masseuse straight away listened to her and adjusted the way she was massaging her.
I have recommended it to a few of my friends.
Will definitely go back in a few weeks.
PS....the smell when you walk into the parlor is automatically relaxing.
