Me & my girlfriend booked massages via Treatwell but for some reason only mine was confirmed, so i gave it to my girlfriend. She asked to change the deep tissue massage to a foot & leg massage but was refused because it was £2 more & they would not accept the extra £2 i cash. The massage was too hard & when my girlfriend told the therapist she did not adjust. My girlfriend then told the receptionist that it was too hard & caused her pain, she was told to drink water. I meet her outside in tears
