This was my second time at Nuad Uxbridge.
Both the body & head massage were terrible. Not sure if the therapist was exhausted as my treatment was late in the day (4 pm) or just not very competent, but I did not like the treatment at all.
Not to sound harsh, but this was the worst massage of my life (seemed like the therapist had no technique/skill/knowledge of pressure points)
This comes as a surprise to me as my first time at this place was very good.

Really fantastic massage today. The therapist was so good and I am feeling much more relaxed and the stiffness in my back and shoulders has eased. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommended.
