I had booked head, neck, shoulder and back oil massage for 45minutes with Nuad Thai centre, Uxbridge where the therapist ended up giving me only back and shoulder massage and less than 5 mins head massage (without oil). When I questioned her she mentioned that they give only 5 mins head massage. I wasn’t informed of this when I booked the appointment and felt cheated. I didn’t even get a response to my feedback email complaining the same. I’m quite disappointed with their services.
