I went in with severe tension in my shoulders. I walked out completely relaxed! I was sore afterwards, but that's because the knots in my muscles had been manipulated. I also have a knee injury which I informed the therapist about and she adapted the massage accordingly. I am now a regular at this massage parlour and can't recommend it enough!

Nice place been many times.. Only a few there can do yoga massage so make sure it's emphased before hand that's what you want
