Friendly staff and felt very relaxed afterwards. Staff would ask which area to focus on and attempted to help get knots out from specific areas. Staff would ask about pressure and ensure everything was ok throughout. However, Time was spent combing through my hair which I was not sure if it was part of the head massage or an attempt to try help pass time.
