I had a great massage all the way. My therapist was very through working her way through my body and sometimes it felt very firm. Although I don't like hard massage but this was necessary to eliminate all tensions. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer for years, but my recent massage was disappointing. I was told to pay £3 extra for firm pressure. Since when did this become standard? Even after paying, it stayed light despite asking multiple times. The therapist was lovely but seemed tired and showed little skill. These appointments aren’t cheap, so paying extra for a massage that didn’t meet basic expectations was very disappointing.
