I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent massage experience at your establishment.
We have been coming to you for years and have always been happy with the service. We usually request Kishor or Sima, but we have also had other therapists in the past who provided very good massages. Unfortunately, this was the first time we have ever had such a disappointing , we felt like oil was applied to our bodies and nothing else no pressure whatsoever. Very bad experience this time
