Painful, unclean and disappointing. The therapist was pressing on my spine which was painful. She then sneezed and did stop to wash her hands. I had to ask her to massage my hands. She did ask where I wanted the massage more on.

I didn't even realise this massage place was here from the down stairs but once you go upstairs it's the most wonderful space. It's decorated gorgeously and there are plenty of refreshments, tea, water and fresh fruit. The waiting area is so nice and I really enjoyed my treatment, I felt brand new after it and the music all throughout was so relaxing.
